Happy Easter to all my bloggerfriends!!

021

Rusken and I have spendt a lot of hours in the sewing room today.  After having wonderful warm spring weather, we are now having a very cold wind blowing.  We both thinks it is good to stay indoors.

024

I was working on a big bunch of potholders.  Even though there were a lot of pins holding the layers together, Rusken thought they were perfect as a pillow.

025

Spending time in the sewingroom feels so good.   And I hope to do that a lot more these easterday.

027

Wishing all my blogger friends a

HAPPY EASTER.

Saying for today:

Nine out of ten people like chocolate.
The tenth person always lies.

Cats are amazing creatures-- they will sleep on anything-- pins and all. Our Puss-in boots-- ( she died aged 20 years old) used to sleep on my wet jumpers that I was trying to dry flat-- had to give up drying them flat as her fur used to be left on the wet jumpers-- did not end up being clean jumpers.
Have a Very Happy Easter and I hope that you manage to get lots of sewing done.

A very happy and safe Easter to you May. Those pot holders look very nice and Ruskin seems to find comfort with them . All cats seem to gravitate to quilts and quilt blocks. The sun is shining here in Australia and it is going to be 30 degrees C. You keep warm and cosy.

Happy Easter - Jesus is risen.

I notice Ruskin and the pins...I do hope he knows not to eat them. We had a very infamous visit to our Melbourne University Vet School emergency Department one saturday afternoon when Moggie decided to get a flower head pin stuck across her jaw. I raced off in winter nightware, long dressing gown, but no shoes, then had to wait while the brat was put to sleep. The vet wrote...she is a very lucky girl. I think that was the first life...she has lost another since then. She likes to climb to an exceedingly high window above a corner toilet in my main bathroom and managed to scare her aunt out of her wits as she dropped down on her as she was sitting on the toilet. Bad bad cat!!

I like the display of sewing...I am recovering from shoulder replacement and did a little sewing so far but realy need to fling the sling and get back into it all.
Keep up your inspiring work.
