Mai 17.th

This is the childrens parade coming outside the old nursing home where my mother lives. After a rainy morning, the sun came just in time for the parade.

And this is my mother together with my brothers two grand children. We have had a wonderful day. But I was missing my two children. DS celebrating in Oslo and DD in Trondheim. Now off with my bunad, feet up on the stool and some stitching while watching tv.

Hey May Britt! I think we all have a particular day that we feel even more proud than usual to be part of a special nation - great that your national day had sun shining for the parades. Love the photo of your Mum and niece and nephew - a special memory! :0) Hope your weekend is FABULOUS! Bear Hugs! KRIS
