Saturday morning I put some sewing in a bag and drove up to my friend Irene’s cabin. Two days just relaxing and sewing. A great way to celebrate mothers day.
Coming home again Rusken was very curious what I have been doing these days. He had to inspect every seam.
My summer blooms is now ready for basting and quilting.
And i finished the bird row for this quilt. I have traced the birdhouse stitchery to have as an “On the go”stitchery.

Every time you mention having gone to the cabin, it makes me want to do the same thing. Only I don't have a cabin to go to. It is wonderful that you have a way to do that.
