I am a bit desserts...........eh I mean stressed (desserts is stressed backwords hehehe). Been preparing for The Norwegian Quilt Associations big event this weekend. It is or annual quilt meeting and our 20th anniversary. And believe me.........there have been a lot of paperwork and planning.So now I am loading up the car with all the stuff............hope I get room for everything.
The event starts on friday and ends on sunday. A lot of great norwegian quilt teachers and some foreign too. Kaffe Fassett is coming to give workshops and give a lecture. Yesterday his quilts for the exhibition came and I had to measure the size. And of course Frida had to approve them. So Kaffe Fassets quilts are approved by Frida. Sorry Kaffe, hope there will not be so many cathair on your quilts.
I have to have my mobilephone with me all time at the meeting, so I made a little bag to carry it with me.
And this morning before I went to work (woke up by 5 in the morning) I had made one for my friend Nancy too. So I will surprise her with it when we meet at the hotel room. I know she is on the bus right now heading for Oslo so she will not see it before she gets it.
So I hope you all understand I have been a bad blogger and commenter this past weeks. As I say; I have a life before and after the quilt meeting. Promise to take a lot of photos and show you.

Absolutely no offence intended, but did you REALLY allow the cat to sit/walk/ sleep on quilts made by Kaffe Fasset???? Last time I saw his quilts they were only allowed to be touched wearing gloves! Oh my, I hope he doesn't read your blog..

It's a good think Frida approved the quilts or you wouldn't have been able to hang them at the quilt show!! It sounds like a great fun weekend. I like your cell phone cases also. It looks like the pattern I am thinking of using for an Ipod case. I haven't been able to find the little metal clasp to hang it by though. Don't think I can make a trip to Norway for them, but would like to!
