A quick trip to Oslo today in a job meeting. We ended the meeting early and I visited my friend Hanne for some hours. She had told me that a local quilt shop nearby had 70% discount on quilt fabrics. Do I need to say more !!!!!!
The sale had been going on for several days already. But I came home with this bag filled with fabrics.
Most of the fabric was already sold out, but I manage to bring home with me a total of 18 yards!!!!! And think of all the money saved with 70% discount.
BIG SMILE. Look at all these lovely fabrics.
They will make great backings.
PS: Hanne did also do some great buyings.

Oi, kan jeg spørre om hvilken butikk det er? Kanskje jeg må en tur innom Oslo...i morgen, kanskje...

Fantastic! Just love these fabrics. Well done!
Oh, my God! Da har dere vel kjøpt det som var? Vi lander på Gardermoen neste torsdag, og da er det nok for sent..
Jammen litt av et kupp? Hmmm...hvilken butikk var det da?
I love all those fabrics you bought. What a bargain!
Looks like the stash has been well fed. I have been playing games instead of attacking Google reader and have missed your hardworking inspiration.
Have tidied my nest and found a cutting table or at least 80% of it after filing thing away on the window sill. Just as well my secret camellia, rhododendron, azalea and magnolia garden is on the other side and people do not need to see in through the window.
I have posted a picture of my clean table and have to admit it does inspire me. So does the big crate of UFO's all in one place.
Keep up that wonderful stitching and playing with those lovely fabrics.
I'd say you made excellent use of your free time! Always good to find a sale on fabric.
