I love to have vacation in Alanya. And this is the wiew from my hotel balcony. As you see we are very close to the beach.
Did a lot of reading at the beach.
And a little bit of sewing. Hanne got a lot more done than I because I had some very good books that I could not stop reading.
Out eating every evening. Found several great restaurants to eat at.
Sewing and reading on the balcony early in the morning just listening to the city to wake up.
A little trip up to the castle.
Very interesting to look at old history.
Great desserts.
A trip to the museum and it is interesting to see the shapes in the mosaique. Hexagon, elongated hexagons, triangles and squares.
We also met this cute lady at the museum.
Turkish coffee served a special way.
And then waiting for the bus to pick us up to bring us to the airport. A great week with good friends. Sun, bathing, good food and drinks. I even got the opportunity to bake lavash at a local restaurant.
Back home I got a bad cold, so I’ve been just relaxing and recovering from it. Feeling a bit better now, so now I can start thinking to enter my sewingroom again.

Det ser helt herlig ut. Jeg drar sammen med tre venninner om fjorten dager, så nå må jeg finne noe håndarbeid å ta med.
