Testing the batting tape

001

Today my plan was to baste my Antique Sampler quilt and the Red Home quilt.  I have a lot of batting, but it was too small, so I had to join the pieces.  Earlier I have sewed them together, but this time I wanted to use the tape I bought yesterday.

002

And it works perfectly!!!!  Just put the tape on top of the batting and ironed it down.  This was a great find at the quiltshop and I can recomend it to all of you.

003

The Red Home quilt and Antique Sampler is now ready to be quilte.

Saying for today:

Veldig lurt dette! Eg må berre spørje om du bruker spraylim til kviltane dine, sidan eg ikkje ser tråkletrådar?

I'm glad to hear that this works. I bought some a few years ago but never tried it. I wonder where I put it? Guess I need to go on a hunting expedition.

Flott hjelpemiddel!

The tape looks very good and getting 2 quilts ready by using tape must save sometime. Look foreward to seeing the finished quilts.
