I rushed inside and opened it and look at this!!!!!!!!!!!!! All this goodies. I knew about the magazine because she had asked me if I had it. But I also got two lovely fabrics from Susan Branch new fabric line. I love them and I am looking forward to use them into something.
But as you see she also sendt me a beautiful pattern. How did she know that autumn is my favorite season and I love this patern.
The pattern also contained a little charmpack of Moda fabrics. Look how cute :) So thank you Carol for sending me this. I love it.
So Nemo, if you read this before going to USA.......this is what your mother wish you will buy her "overthere".
My friend Laila visited me yesterday. We had a really good time sewing and making plans for new projects. She even finished a little hexagon purse. I sewed on block #7 of Leannes House.
Look what she gave me. A tiny little pincushion made on a half walnut. Isn't it cute. I love it.
I am in the pincushionexchange and it is Alice from Maryland that will receive one from me. I asked her if she wanted it to be a surprise, but she wanted me to post it. I finished it today and here is what she will get from me.
A little drawstringbag with her initials on.
And in the bag is a pincushion matching the bag. We have to keep the pins safe doesn't we. And there is also room for a scissor in the little bag. I will post it to you tomorrow.
There is a new blogger among us. Please pop over to Loose Threads and say hello to her.
Saying for today:
