June OPAM

Okei OPAM girls.
Ready to give your june OPAM report.
Remember to list your finishes in your sidebar,
because tomorrow when I'm back home from work
I will start checking your blogs and lists.
And thursday I will tell you who's June OPAM winner.
Oh...that reminds me to find a prize for the winner.

June has not been a productive month regarding to finishes. I have done a lot of sewing, but not finishes. I'm very clever at starting projects LOL who's not????

But today when I realiced it was the last day in June, I went into my sewingroom to see if there was something I could finish in a hurry. Because I wanted a finish for June. And this what I found. A little stitchery which my friend Bjørg designed and gave me as a christmas gift. I just had to wash it and iron it............

and put it into a frame. It took less than half an hour to finish it.

Saying for today:
Let's go on a starvation diet...
No chocolate for 24 hours!

Vilken fin tavla du fick färdig i sista ögonblicket! Även jag stresssydde färdigt ett litetprojekt så jag åtminstone fick ett färdigt i juni. En necessär blev det!

A quickie finish. That's what you get for starting new things - there is always something close to being finished. Nice stitchery.

Cute finish--wished I could finish something that quickly--actually I just happened to remember that I have a counted cross stitch sampler all done -- except for the framing??? As for the "diet" you would not want to be around me at the end of those 24 hours--dark chocolate is the only sweets I eat and I have to have my daily intake of that or????? Hugs, just, Di

I had to laugh at your remark about how good you are at starting projects! My DH laughed too because he has seen me do the same thing! I have my finishes posted on my blog for you. But I do have to say that you have some beautiful projects going on.

You are so right, June was a slow month for me too. I finished a project that was only 1 year old instead of 10 or 15. :)
I'm going to go post it on my sidebar now.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does things at the last minute! Lovely little stitchery and nice idea to frame it.

This stitchery is so lovely! Really cute!
I've had finishes in June but couldn't enter the OPAM challenge, I was so ashamed not to have finishes in January and February that never signed up for the OPAM! Snif Snif ! Next year for sure!
By the way, I LOVE chocolate and can't live without it, but I'll try that diet...for 2 hours!!! LOL
Hugs,
Sandy-
