Poor Frida and goodies in my mail

Poor little Frida visited the vet yesterday. She had to have a surgery. Some days ago I discovered a lump in one of her tits. And the vet had to take it away including sterilizing.

She is doing okey now. But yesterday was a dizzy day for her. Her back feet would not go in the same direction as her two front feet. And she does not agree wearing this "beautiful" jumper. She tries to make herself very very small so perhaps she manage to crawl backwords out of it. But she always ends up trapped in a corner.

Some days ago I received an envelope from Leanne. It was full of envelopes to some of my friends, which I already have delivered to each one of them. Inside my envelope was some of Leannes new beautiful cards and she also have sendt me a Homespun magazine. Thank you Leanne, we still miss you!!!! Hope you'll return to Norway some day.

Next goodies was from Sigrun. She was one of the girls who joined my january finish it up challenge. She was so happy I had started this challenge and that I had pushed her to finish a lot of WISPs. I love the fabrics. The green is soooooo me.

And lucky me won Lyn's giveaway some weeks ago. And my prize was that I could choose 4 of her patterns. And now they have arrived. Love them. Thanks Lyn for sending them to be.

Not so much sewing this week. Taking care of Frida and doing a lot of paperwork for our annual quiltmeeting in april. But I've almost finished first block of Butterfly Garden. Just one block left to stitch. I'm already looking forward to get block #2 in my mailbox.

Plans this weekend is to do a lot of stitching. My DD is coming home for winterholidays and my boyfriend is also coming this weekend.

Tulips on my table. Those are my favorite flowers in spring.

Redwine in my glass together with some good food.

IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!
Saying for today:

Awwww I hope Frida feels better real soon!

No Rx collar, huh? My GF's cat had a silver "cape" style collar... (I know dogs get a hard plastic Eliazabethan collar.)

Poor little Frida, the positive about it is that I am sure she gets much more attention now. I got my envelope from Honeysuckle cottage today, and now I have a question, the mini blocks that are embroidered do you put vlieseline on the back before you embroider it?

Oh, your poor cat! And you, too. My cat Tini made a horrible mistake 2 weeks ago: she fed a cord! She had to be operated and was the whole weekend in the "hospital". But now she is okay. Cats have seven lifes!
Your butterflie garden is very nice. I need one, too!
Hugs,Nicole
