A little bit too cold this morning
Wish I could stay indoors in front of my fireplace sewing, but now I am ready to drive to work. I just think of those who have it even colder than this. Brrrrrrrrrrrr. But you know we are Norwegian Vikings :)
Got a new book in my mailbox yesterday. I ordered Yoko Saito's new book Taupe color study book. And I really should try to make a new bag in japanese taupes before going to our annual quilt guild meeting in march. Because, guess what, Yoko Saito is coming to our meeting to give a lecture and workshop. Looking forward to meet that lady. I so admire her work. But I will stay focused on my two projects this week as promised.Saying for today:

Can I ask where you managed to get the copy of Yoko Saito's book? I would so love a copy, but have found it really difficult to track it down and I do love her work. How lucky you are that Yoko is attending your quilt guild meeting - apart from your weather, I wish I could be there!!

Oh my that's cold! Here in Australia, it was +32.9 degrees celcuis! The complete opposite!

I cant imagine leaving the house with those temperatures outside. We had once -15 - -17 and for now not more than -6......... I defently shouldnt complain about the "cold" her in Germany.
Oh, boy, these weather conditions!!! We have 2º now in Barcelona, and we think it's freezing!!

I don't know how you go outside in that weather! It is going to be +33deg C here today. I have just washed the floor and I am dripping with sweat. Hope you don't get any frostbite on your sewing fingers.
