I am looking forward to make this one. And I get a chance to use all my thimbleberries I have collected through the BOM I never did. It feels good to reduce my stash :) Are anyone else making this quilt. I would like to see your progress too.
It have stoped snowing now. I guess during the day it have snowed about 40 cm or about 16 inches. The roads are getting shoveled and I hope all get their tires changed. Now I will make myself a cup of tea and look at tv while doing some applique. I am catching a cold. But I can't be sick now, because I am going away this weekend. Perhaps I take a glass of cognac too. It does not help, but it makes it more fun to be sick.

oough I really like the draft of your quilt that you are going to work on for November. I wish I was further along on the last one so I could join in again this month - but will just sit out for now but read along as all of you make it. I love the red! Pretty. Do you plan to use a white or cream? ~Bonnie
Neat... I am definately thinking about this one - I have a ton of the squares ready to go!
Your quilt is going to be gorgeous. I love all the reds.
Enjoy your tea and applique -- stay snuggly warm *s*
Happy Halloween, May Britt! I LOVE your color choices for the Nov. quilt...will be a beauty!!
I am making the quilt too and have posted my colors. I did not take the time to do them up in EQ though it would have been a nice idea.
Love your quilt colours. It will look lovely & warm for the snowy weather!
Keep warm & hope you get over your cold quickly.
May, your quilt is going to look beautiful - I can't wait to see your progress.
Love the colors. Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to go check Judy's site. I'm so behind!
Love your plan for the November quilt!
your quilt is going to look lovely May Britt. I can't wait to watch your progress on the quilt.
Wait... HOW much snow? 100 inches is... almost 3 meters deep.
May Britt
Sorry to tell, but it should be 16 inches of snow……Still it is a lot of snow. I just wish it were here.
I love your red quilt. But what happened to the fabric in yellow, green and blue that were on your table? I will follow you in your progress of making this quilt. I wanted to do it to, but you know your fellows on your shoulders? It was the angel that won this fight. I am not aloud to do this one at the moment. But I will support you during your quilt. And I’m looking forward to see how you are proceeding.
Take care. Treat yourself nice.
Warm hug.
LOL I am catching the flue now and my math was a bit wrong. Perhaps the flue has destroyed some braincells. Of course it is 16 inches.
Don't try to do too much applique after that medicinal cognac - you may have to do some reverse sewing otherwise!
I think the colors are fabulous!
You asked me about changes in the blog that I will answer in a private email!
that is going to be great - I wish I can join in, but I have way too many ufos to really start a new quilt.
that is a lot of snow!
the red and white or cream or whatever color that really will be in cloth could be very striking.
You poor thing though--hope you feel better soon. Isnt that always the way--start feeling funky when you have plans?
16 inches of snow, I freak out at 6 inches. Your quilt will be wonderful with all the reds, Nancy in MT
16 inches is a perfect snowfall for me, even a little more than that is a good thing. I love your quilt colors. I'm doing mine in white, green and purple. I hope you're feeling better soon.
Love the colors May! but then I always have loved red, black and/or gray together.
Hei! Så masse flott du har sydd, her var det mye fint å se på. Jeg likte veldig godt alle de hjertene med små bilder og blonder, helt nydelige. :) Takk for hilsen på min blogg. :)
