Last meeting this year and we had made up some good food.
Enjoy the photos:
Today I have finished the fourth Santa stitchery in a mysteryquilt given in Quiltemagasinet. I keep these blocks in a tin that had the very best gingerbread cookies when I bought it.
Now I am waiting for the fifth and last part in this mysteryquilt that will be posted in the beginning of december. I really like the look of it so far, and I know AnnAKa has a great finish on this mysteryquilt.
It is still fun to applique my basket blocks. 70 finished so far, 58 left to applique. WOW…I am starting the countdown on these baskets.
Saying for today:
I have forgot to show you photos from my quilt groups october meeting. Every last thursday in the month my quilt group get together for a wonderful evenining filled with inspiration.
This tursday we had Hanne visiting us to tell about her journeys to Amish land. And she had brought a lot of her beautiful quilts.
Like this wonderful Nearly insane in red and white.
And this beautiful Dear Jane quilt.
The quilt to the right is an antique quilt Hanne bougth on her last travel in USA.
And of course we had to admire her quilts closely.
Then there was show and tell from the ladies in our quiltgroup.
