Scandinavian Christmas progress

001

Not much sewing the last days. Been home from work feeling like having the flue.  No stitches, just watching tv and sleeping.  But today I am feeling much better and this evening I have spendt some time in the sewingroom working on my Scandinavian Christmas quilt.  Two blocks sewed together with their small churn dash blocks.

003

While visiting the quiltshop on sunday I bought a 15 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch ruler.  I have really missed having a big ruler and today I started to use it.  Love it.  Perfect when cutting the blocks to the correct size.

Saying for today:

You are showing results of your work almost every day now! Well done. The ruler looks very useful, I only have a 6" square and normal long rulers in inches and cm.

What a wonderful ruler. You would laugh at how some of my fabric gets cut when it is a larger amount.

Great work- it will soon be finished for Christmas. Well done!

I had to laugh at your laundry sign. I have some ironing I am ignoring for now.
