I'm not a doctor, Mae Britt but have you considered a cortisone shot in your arm? It worked for me and a my friend Darlene and fellow quilter who just recently opened a quilt shop. It's just a suggestion and something that perhaps you could discuss with your doctor. Anything is better than the pain!

I looooove your houses. Be careful of that arm or you won't be able to sew at all. Have you considered some myotherapy?
